Soaked in a savoury yet light sauce, the noodles were cooked perfectly. Pick up several shreds of fresh onion with the thick noodles to add some kick as you devour the bowl.

The bowl of Hainanese Beef Noodle (S$7) was served with a simple garnish of cilantro, beansprouts and crushed peanuts. Thick bee hoon, yellow noodles, thin egg noodles and kway teow are the available noodle choices.
We went for the bee hoon which was smooth and springy, pairing perfectly with the light broth and soft beef slices. Potong Pasir dwellers, y’all are a lucky bunch.
